Anchor Sizing Chart

Anchor sizing should be interpreted as a guide only. Many factors influence anchor size selection. Factors include whether the boat has a heavy displacement or light displacement, and to what effect winds have on your vessel.

Your Vessel usage should also be taken into consideration; whether your anchor will be used in fair weather, day outings or whether your vessel will be going on extended coastal or offshore cruising. To choose the correct size, match your vessel’s length with the most appropriate displacement range (provided by your dealer). When in doubt give preference to the larger anchor model.
