Hunter Anchors of Florida presents the newly developed and patented range of FULLY RETRIEVABLE, STAINLESS STEEL and GALVANIZED anchors, a size and type for every boat and every condition. These anchors are hand crafted and guaranteed to hold your boat or yacht under almost any conditions. Even more important, they are easily retrievable, come up clean and are environmentally friendly.

Easy procedure to retrieve anchor if stuck:
If you get well and truly hooked, position your boat in the opposite direction to the drag on the anchor. There is a sliding mechanism on the shank of the anchor. As the boater drives past the anchor, the mechanism engages which allows the anchor to be removed backwards with little or no debris.

This feature is what makes the anchor environmentally friendly. The anchor is retrieved with minimal or no damage to sensitive sea beds or reefs. There are many types of boat anchors available, all which depend on your particular need and boating environment:

• The Spade
  A "Danforth" style multi-purpose anchor, it holds well in sand, mud, grass and rocks. This anchor will set the first time almost every time for safe trouble free anchoring. This anchor's unique design performs better than any anchors we have tested. Still the most commonly used style anchor. We highly recommend this style for all conditions.
• The Plow
  Recommended for boats with winches, this anchor allows you to get weight without bulk. Designed for all types of sea beds, the Plow anchor holds especially well in difficult to anchor grassy bottoms, hard sand, mud and loose or fixed rocky bottoms.
• The Grapnel
  Excellent for fixed rocky bottoms. It can take the abuse dealt out by rocks but will not become irretrievable.
• The Beach Anchor
  Excellent for anchoring a boat “stern to” the beach. The anchor is light and does not present a tripping hazard when inserted into the sand.
• Custom Anchors
  Anchor Depot is able to custom design an anchor to fit your unique needs.
  If you have a large yacht where the anchor was designed specifically for the bow, we can modify it with Hunter Anchor’s easy retrieval mechanism. The anchor will then be easier to use and environmentally friendly.
  
  If you have a vessel with limited space in your anchor locker we can custom design one of our anchors to fit your confined space. We've done this for Dorado, Checkmate, Formula, Everglades, and other manufacturer’s boats.
